As a child, I loved to visit my auntie and uncle's cottage in Galway. It was always such a fun house with so much adventure and curiosity. You never knew what to expect, anything from puppies to hens to doves. One fond memory was collecting the eggs from the hen house. My uncle was always full of surprises and my latest visit was to see his wonderful garden.
