A Sleepy French Village
Hello and welcome to my blog!
During this time of confinement, I have discovered a sleepy French village called Viry-Châtillon.
Situated in the southern suburbs of Paris on the banks of the Seine, it is a charming delight to wander through. Overlooked by an old church with it’s winding old streets, the town gives one the feeling of being brought back in time. For me, I would describe it as ‘shabby chic’.
On my evening walks, I have wandered around with my camera taking in its charm. I find it has brought some peace of mind to this uncertain time.
