Hello and welcome to my Little Bear Blog!
The phrase ‘Distance makes the heart grow fonder’ means more to a person when they live abroad. In my experience, I appreciate Ireland and it’s beauty a lot more and I love knowing the fact that it is only a short flight home. It is a very picturesque country and I wanted to capture it through some photography the way I view it.
The Wild Atlantic way stretches along the western coastline and when the sun shines, with the rugged cliffs and wild shores, it is a beautiful sight.
As much as I love living in Paris, going home is a welcome change. I sit with my book in an old house, listening to the sound of the sea and the howling wind by a fire. It is bliss. Sea swimming has become a popular hobby, and I can speak from experience that it is a slightly shocking but brilliant way to start your day. The return to Paris is certainly a refreshed one.
